Warwick’s approach to meditation makes it accessible to everyone. He starts you off with short intervals that you gradually build up, gives you breathing techniques and mantras to keep you in the moment, and reassures you that you cannot do it wrong.

He also checks in with you every day for a month, which is probably the secret to making it habit forming.

I’ve noticed it helps my mood, my sleeping, and my awareness of life around me. From never meditating before, I intend to make this a lifelong practice — all thanks to Warwick.

This is my second time joining Woza Chi classes and it did not disappoint.

It’s often uncomfortable to sit in stillness, but it’s always worth it. Warwick also teaches compassion for ourselves and our big, uncomfortable feelings — something I really needed.
