Sometimes what’s missing isn’t another technique —

I run one-on-one (and small group) guided meditation sessions that meet you where you’re actually at - whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or just in need of a proper reset

Every session is shaped around you and what you need in that moment, with the simple goal of making life feel a little more calm, clear, and chill.

When you need a breather, breathwork is often the fastest way back into your body.
Regulating your breath helps regulate your nervous system - which lets everything else settle too.
Like my meditation sessions, these breathwork sessions are fully tailored — whether you’re working one-on-one or in a group, and whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, low energy, or just feeling a bit off.
Sessions can happen over Zoom, in the comfort of your own space —-or IRL if you’re in Cape Town, South Africa.
