I come into your agency and we take a proper breather.
A bit of meditation. A bit of breathwork. Nothing heavy.
I show people simple tools they can use in real life -
at their desks, between meetings, in the car, or when they feel like screaming into a pillow.
Stuff that helps calm stress, quiet overthinking minds, and stop everything feeling so full-on without having to change who they are or how they work.
I’ve been in advertising for about 20 years.
I know the vibe. It’s a jol - but it can get hairy.
And for some reason, it’s also getting harder.
What I do is about creating space for the lekker people doing the work
and keeping them lekker - so they can breathe, think clearly, and maaaaybe even have fun again.
