LEARN HOW TO MEDITATE

A simple, practical course for real people with busy minds

I’m gonna make meditation super easy for you to weave into your day-to-day life.
No pressure. No perfection. No pretending you’re suddenly a monk.

Just simple tools, real guidance, and a month of showing up for yourself.

So strap in, sunshine.
This is one of the best things you’ll ever do for yourself.

How the course rolls:

 It’s a 4-week live course, and we meet every Sunday from 9–10am(ish) on Zoom.

Each week has a different focus, but the goal stays the same the whole way through:

 to lock in a consistent daily meditation practice that actually sticks.

We meditate together every session.
I teach you simple techniques.
And I gently keep you accountable during the week.

That’s where the magic is.
Consistency. Every damn day.

THE WEEK-BY-WEEK BREAKDOWN

Week 1 - Breathwork Meditation
We start at the beginning.
Breath is the easiest way to calm a busy mind and get out of your own head.
This week lays the foundation for everything that follows.


Week 2 - Mantra Meditation
You’ll learn how to use a mantra to interrupt thought spirals and bring your attention back to stillness.
This one’s a game-changer for overthinkers.


Week 3 - Inner Body Meditation
This is where things start landing in the feels.
We work with emotions, stress, overwhelm, and the stuff you’ve been carrying around without even realising it.


Week 4 – Letting Go
By now, meditation is starting to feel… kinda normal.
This week is about releasing old baggage, locking in the habit, and setting yourself up to keep going long after the course ends.

WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH

  • A daily meditation habit (not just “stress meditating”)
  • Simple tools you can use anytime life gets loud
  • A calmer nervous system
  • More space between you and your thoughts
  • A way better relationship with your own mind

PRACTICAL STUFF

  • When: Sundays, 9–10am (ish) on Zoom
  • Length: 4 weeks
  • Cost: R450 per session
    R1,800 for the full course
